Our Junior Athlete Program helps young athletes build strength, movement skills and confidence in a safe, supportive and professionally coached environment.

WHY SHOULD JUNIORS TRAIN?

Many young athletes play sport regularly but never learn how to train properly.

Our Junior Athlete Program focuses on building strong foundations through age-appropriate strength and conditioning, helping athletes prepare for long-term success both on and off the field.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Athletes aged 10 - 18 who want to:

JUNIOR ADP MEMBERSHIP

✓ Monthly meeting with individual coach

✓ Unlimited sessions during coached hours

✓ Individualised program

✓ Initial performance testing

✓ Ongoing performance testing

✓ In season monitoring

✓ Unlimited access to recovery zone

✓ 20% discount on in house physiotherapist

$50 per week
